I ended up pulling the trigger on this amazing bass in Emerald Green. I've found the sound of it's Bisonic pickups very interesting, and different from other basses.
However I've noticed that both tone pots are not useful because it seems like not much happens until the pot is almost turned all the way down to about 85%, and then the change in tone comes on pretty quick, and at this point the slightest turn of the knob makes a very big change, almost like a switch.
This happened to me years ago when I wired a guitar with linear tone pots instead of audio pots.
Does anybody own this bass and noticed this issue? Would you think that by mistake linear potentiometers have been used for the tone?
