i suspect this is an '80s Maniac, not the reissue. some issues for sure, but ones in good shape go for $600 and up

That's my local GC! I'm surprised anything used there is competitively priced. They had an old fliptop that was priced to the moon for about a year.Mike Lull 4 string with 5A quilted maple top at the Indianapolis GC - $1600!

IIRC this was bought and apparently returned by someone in your area to that store, so they didnt price it (also the price drop)That's my local GC! I'm surprised anything used there is competitively priced. They had an old fliptop that was priced to the moon for about a year.

Hi Gloss
Tobacco Burst LB100
$899
It looked brand new with a bigger neck, I was playing a caprice so I didn't get to try it.Wow Thanks for heads up! I don’t see this on the website yet. Did you play it? Any insight on playability?
Thanks
This Marco is at my local store. I returned it to get some funds to do some shopping at The Atlanta Bass Gallery which is going out of business. (Scored some killer deals too! Worth it...)
Okay, here are the details on this bass...
It was originally a P bass. They had the J pickup routed as well as the battery compartment and control compartment.
The bass is indeed passive, The leads from the battery are tied off neatly in the control cavity if you want to add an active pre.
The neck is a nice U shape and comfortable.
If you don't know Marco... search Talkbass and find out!
