Picked up a MIJ 90's Fender MB-5 that was mislabeled as a Squier MB-5 for $130 the other day. They even through in a set of Chromes for it since it's a righty strung up lefty. Should be here tomorrow!

gc website is a little confusing sometimes
if an "american" fender has badly matched wood pieces and a lackluster sunburst spray job am i to assume that it's not an american standard even though it has the heavy duty bridge?
so after going to gc covina, there is a customized goofy looking 3tsb american standard jazz for 699 that has bad action and a poorly installed hula girl pg and a john wayne neck plate
... I finally found out what the problem was. I was not giving them that 4 digit code after my zip code!! Who the hell even remembers that??
