Guitar solos to learn on bass?

Are their any guitar solos or guitar parts that you would reccomend for someone who wants to learn to be more melodic on the bass?

If you want to be "more melodic" on bass, why not play melodies - the actual melodies to songs? It's great practice to play melodies by ear.

I'm doing the lead for Rocky Mountain Way on my Thunderbird equipped Fenders. Using a Dunlop Wah and a touch of POG. It is a fun lead to play, and not as difficult as NIB or War Pigs, etc.
