Höfner Staple Pickups

I have a Höfner Ignition violin bass, and I want to upgrade the pickups, but I can't seem to find Höfner staple pickups anywhere. I am quite new to pickups , and I was wondering if anyone knows where to buy staple pickups.

Curtis Novak makes a Hofner Staple PUP believe they are 140 each.

Be careful. The Ignition mounting method is different from those on the 500/1 fro Germany or the Contemporary. And the pickups themselves are shaped differently.

What kind of a difference are you looking to make by changing pickups?
