H & K Fortress Preamp - Need advice.

You can probably get away using the "pre/post EQ loop" send at instrument level and feed directly into the front end of G&K. Not sure where the tube section sits in relation to the loop but the diagram is on the top lid....same holds true for the compressor.

If you get a chance, post a pic of the lid as I'm kinda curious myself. The manual suggests using the pre-EQ signal in this application.

Has anyone achieved a swr tone with le fortress h & k? I think it's a very good preamp but I can't match the lens of swr or other preamps

could you give me set up bass punch and clean?
