What a shame. Hammersmith looked pretty cool. I very nearly ordered a bass from them back in 2018-2019, the only reason I didn't was that I had approached Maruszczyk too and they replied much faster with a 'yes' to all my specs. The chat I had with Marko, eventually, on messenger was good.
I hope this is just a 'wobble' and they get back on their feet (and that anybody who is owed an instrument/money, get what they're due, of course!).
