I still love old-fashioned analog clocks with hour, minute and second hands. Wall clocks or shelf/desk clocks, electric, battery powered or wind-up...it doesn't matter, as long as they have hands. If you still have any "hands" clocks in use, post some pics! I'll go first:

I bought this clock for my bedroom specifically because it has a sweeping second hand - no ticking. I cannot have a ticking clock in my bedroom. I've had it since the early-2000s. And yes, I still have to change the time twice a year ("spring forward, fall back"; I just did "spring forward" last night). I took it off the wall to get a better pic:

One clock that I am surprised I don't have is a Kit-Kat that has the eyes move side to side and the tail swings like a pendulum. I do have a Vinyl Tap like @basscooker posted.

Quartz clocks replacing plug-in ones is the classic case of a solution looking for a problem. Electric clocks plugged into mains power are by definition accurate; power companies are required to maintain EXTREMELY tight controls on the number of cycles per day, and electric clocks are synchronous.

Although the quartz clock does eliminate the power cord, it adds a most undesirable "clack! clack! clack!" If the clock is an alarm clock in your bedroom, this is quite annoying.

Unfortunately it's getting extremely difficult to find a wall or desk clock that plugs in. My main one is quite old and bought from an antique store.
