"Hanging Around" - Counting Crows

Please help !

I've tried most sites I can think of and no bass tabs for "Hanging Around" by Counting Crows.

I found the chords for it and I can sort of putz around with it and come up with a very loose interpretation of it - but I would really like something a little closer to the recording.
