Hanging Neck Through Bass for Painting

Question for those who are more skilled than me. What is an easyish jig or hanging device I can put together to prime/paint my neck through bass? Our workshop has some rafters above it that I can use to hang something, but didn’t know the best way to hang a neck through bass.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I usually cut up a wire coat hangar and make a hook and put it through one of the tuning key holes. You could also screw an eye bolt into the rear strap button hole and hang from that but be careful that doesn't unscrew or you will be inventing new swear words because it will happen on the last coat of your, up untill then, perfect paint job. Ask me how I know...

I use the coat hanger and rafter method as well.
