I've been trying to contact them via the listed email address on their web site. Anyone else have experience with them? Just wondering if they're normally slow to respond, or if my email got trashed or if they're still making pickups. I couldn't find a phone number or else I'd just call. Don't want to be annoying, but I do need to communicate with them.
