We had an amazing meal of corned beef, cabbage and potatoes. And this past year was one of discovery for us in that we found thru DNA testing and ancestry tracing that my family is originally from Galway! But I still prefer Scotch Whisky over Irish Whiskey (I am soon to try some Redbreast Cask 12 though)
