Hard case for 30" scale bass

Having some trouble finding a hard case that would fit my Fender Mustang or Mike Lull P430 30" scale basses. I found a few out there but they are all out of stock/discontinued. I have a Mono gig bag I really like but when I'm on the road I'd rather have the protection of a hard case.

As it seems you've found, Fender makes one but I've never seen them in stock. That said, depending on the Mono you have, I might trust that more than a hardshell anyway.

I second what B-Mac said. I’ve been watching the one from Rondo for a long time, but have been too lazy to pull the trigger. After researching a bunch for my Mustang, this one looked like the best value for the $.

I have one that I bought with my SX SS Ursa P/J

Just make sure you get measurements before you by as I am not all over the size of mustang or jaguar bodies. They’ll probably fit fine top to bottom but possibly be ‘lose’ side to side, but I’m just guessing.

A medium scale bass case might work better.

I can post some pics with a yard stick later if you’d like.

I purchased the following:Musician's Gear MGMBG Molded ABS Electric Bass Case Item #:1340118421288 POS #: 114554579 from Guitar Center for my Fender Mustang. It fits perfectly. I was please to find that it also fit my Squire Bass VI and my Sire Marcus Miller 34" scale.

My short scale (in my avatar) fits in a Gator ABS case nicely. But it's all about taking measurements of your bass and matching a case for it.
