Hard Case for Spector Rebop (4 string)

Hi there,

I'm looking for a hard case for my Spector Rebop (I'm in the UK). The headstock angles back too far for some jazz/p style cases.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Your best bet would be to find a Spector dealer in the U.K. and go about obtaining a real Spector case that's molded to fit an NS style bass (your Rebop falls into that category). They're a little pricey but no other brand of case I've seen will fit a Spector properly.

Most of my Spectors once wore Hiscox Liteflite Bass Cases!

I did manage to pick up a Spector fitted case for the NS shape from Ebay a while back and it fits my NS5CR and my Legend 4 Custom.......but not my Q6.......

I had been wanting to get a REX Spector case for my REX2000/5....but they are costly - so my REX spent it's life in a Hiscox Liteflite Bass Case.

Just wondering which Hiscox Liteflite case you were using? The regular bass case or the 'larger' one?

Hi Mike,

I was impressed with the performance too.......the case I use (and still have one today) is the STD-EBS.....the regular case!!! It seems to fit everything in my collection - P-Bass, J-Bass, Musicman SUB and all my my 4 and 5 string Spectors and the REX.
