Hard case problems for Warwick Thumb

I have a gator hard case for one of my basses and a warwick case for my fna corvette, but both cases put a bit of pressur on the bridge area of the thumb (due to the curved body) and im worried about using it on tour cos it feels as though its so tight against it that it doesnt offer alot of room for it for protection!

any ideas or good cases?

Maybe try getting ahold of a Warwick Snakeskin case. I have one for my Status 6 string and it is immaculately made and very sturdy, if a little cheesy looking! But it's built for Warwicks, so I think it would do a great job of protecting your Thumb!

Do you have any pics of the Thumb btw?

I used SKB-44 cases for both my Corvette and thumb. The corvette fits perfectly nice and snug. The thumb, however, due to the curved body would sometimes shift inside from time to time so...With a simple folded hand towel, I made a rectangle shape sized to the back of the body that would make it seem like a flat body, and perfect fitting with no movement. Plus, the towel comes in handy for bass wipe downs. I've been using these SKB-44 Style for many years with no problems.

Bass Central has a Warwick flight case for basses. It fits the Thumb quite snug, and fits my Corvette like a glove. There's plenty of padding on the roof of the case, so it won't push on the front of your Thumb.

It's almost $200, but it's the best case ever -

are there different types of warwick flight cases then? because the one that i have for my warwick FNA (so it may be qutie an old model) presses down o nthe front of the thumb :s
