Hard case solutions for Mesa Subway amps?

I use one of these for gigs and the included mesa gig bag for rehearsals. The pelican case is great. Tons of protection and space.
I've checked them out and might splurge.. question for you: does it come with a full case of foam and you have to cut it to fit the amp?
Where did you find the case and the mounting gear. The mounts are a loooott shorter than the normal mounts sold by Mesa. I just bought a pair to mount my TT800 (80 bucks --tax and shipping-- on Reverb...just overpriced metal if you ask me).
I also have a rack case on order but all of them I find online are much wider than the subway 215. Yours looks perfect. I need the dets!!

Yep, completely understand. I just want a case that looks neat on top of the 215. A case that is wider than the cab is just too much for my OCD.
I made mine from parts I found on Amazon. I'll take a look this evening to see if I can find the specific parts in my order history.
So I had just measured the enclosure of the amp and added a few mm to determine the interior dimensions of the case to account for the thickness of the tolex. I would suggest making all of the rack hardware stuff first though so you can account for the thickness of the metal when designing the size of the enclosure. I bought the tolex and corner brackets plus handles from the following company since they appear to have the same tolex colours as Mesa so I knew it would match well with the custom cabs: Q Components Canada This store happens to be local to me which was convenient so I could just go there to pick it up instead of shipping.

Since, like you, I didn't want my enclosure to be the full width of a standard rack, I had to kind of fabricate my own rack ears for the amp. I bought these ones from amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B09198S5Y6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
I only needed the side with the 2 holes so I used my grinder to cut half of each of them off. Then all I had to do was trace out the hole pattern on the side of the amp onto a piece of paper as a template, move that onto each of the rack ears and drill them out. Upon a quick amazon search, I'd instead just get these ones though: https://www.amazon.ca/Rack-Mounting...cs&sprefix=2u+rack+ears,electronics,83&sr=1-3. I didn't see those available when I made mine but you'd only have to drill the holes from your template and those would be ready to go.

I did the same a few years ago to my amp. I dont have it anymore, but I might do the same to my next amp.
This pictures were taken before I installed a ventilation cap to the side.
I wont recomend the aguilar cab with the mesa. I cant describe it, but at least to me it doesnt sound any good.

Actually the case is heaver than the amp.... stupid purchase, I gave the case to my guitar player to hold his electronic gear.
