Hi guys , im in an endless quest to find a hardware which is similar or better sounding to the Quadrafuzz plugin which comes as a stock plugin in Cubase 3 , I know there is the Paia Quadrafuzz Kit DIY and thats gonna be my last option. I just love the color it imparts on my bass used at default settings. The only other software emulation that i found and comes pretty close is the Bv512 vocoder/equalizer when used in a 4 or 8 band equalizer mode, and there are similarities with it being multiband.
So any suggestions maybe a preamp, eq will do the job?
