Hartke 2500 vs. Ashdown Electric Blue 180

I dunno. However, I love my Ashdown Electric Blue 180. I like the sound and it gets quite loud.

Yea I was wondering the same, between these two.
However I can get the Hartke for $220 but the Ashdown I cant find for under $299.

my 2500 is awesome
its pretty versatile in the sense that youve got two different sounding pre amps wich you can blend, a full EQ, the contour controls (basic HF and LF filters), and a compressor and it is plenty loud. it makes my whole house rumble, and if you go up to 4 ohms with it it will be 250 watts.
ive gigged my 2500 for a year and a half now and its served me well. very rugged too. fell out of the truck a few times and always works great when plugged in. i play it through a hartke vx410 or an acoustic b115.

LOL yea I was watching that one for a long time it was the cheapest one with free shipping. I ended up not bidding because I snagged a MAG 600 from $200 from a friend.

Ditto. Got mine 2nd hand offa Craigslist, and it is great. I have an Ashdown Mag 2x10 extension that I add in a big hall, but honestly, the 180 (with the 15") is loud enough for about anywhere my band plays. SOunds great too...
