I play with a stack of two 4.5XL cabs at practice and am very happy with their sound, but I like a very modern, open, clean & flat eq'd sound which is exactly what they are pretty good at. I do sometimes eq in some mids depending on the song/day but otherwise have found them to be great sounding cabs with a wide variety of heads. They are a bit of a mission to move though being quite heavy and the handles are not placed to distribute their weight evenly so they tip forwards when you lift them.
