Thanks, but honestly Sweetwater has really come through on this! No need to trouble Larry. They pulled a cab from stock, took a speaker out and overnighted it to me. It should show up today. They have been great and really have done all they can. If there are any more problems then it just wasn't meant to be.

Sweetwater is really great with their customer service and thats an understatement. Hartke is too usually, but the #1 reason for buying Hartke is you have that direct line to the top. If you have any trouble with them at any stage, if your problem can be fixed, Larry can make it happen.
I also agree with the guy about mixing 410s and 115s being a bad idea unless you are doing what Billy Sheehan does. but Hartkes do have a distinctive love it or hate it tone to them.
The store is Shannocks in King, NC. They don't stock much high end stuff anymore. A few USA Fenders and that's about it. I think they are still a Marshall Dealer though.+1

BTW ... what is the shop's name in King, NC that had a Marshall tube bass head in stock? I'm buying a farm in Madison, NC and will be moving this Summer, could use a good resource up that way.
Against better judgement I'm going to give my feedback on my 410+115 experiences. Last night I ran the 410 with my 1155 combo cab (basicly the same thing as 115XL cab plus 5" driver, my 115XL is supposed to show up today). I ran them together and seperate and I hear no phase cancellation. In full range the 115 compliments the 410 very nicely just as I had hoped it would. Yes... the frequency responses of both cabs are different, but it works (and IMO works well), they are putting out similar volume, the sound is great and the 15 isn't glowing red hot from the power overload as some seem to suggest it might. I'm running everything with an HA5500 which even at 4 ohms puts out less power than these cabs will take combined. True the 410 has 100w more headroom than the 115 but I'm not playing the rig wide open. I've got the tone I'm looking for, not hearing phase issues and have plenty headroom. In the next month I'll be doing all sorts of gigs everything from solo bass to small jazz clubs, to rock gigs in both clubs and large outdoor stages shared by national acts. If there is something that isn't going to work with this setup it will get flushed out, but based on what I've seen I just don't forsee any problems.
Glad it all sounded good for you! That's really the most important part. Putting your rig through multiple different settings is definitely a good way of flushing out what you like/don't like about it. The only reason people point out the mismatched cabs issue is because the damage is unpredictable; there is no immediate explosion or anything ridiculous or blatant, but there is objectively a higher risk of damage to the cabinet's internals.
