  1. Anyone got their hands on one of these yet or heard it?

I'm not sure they have hit the streets yet. That being said, since it's a LH500 with the HyDrive speakers, it's going to sound great, IMO.

i got one of those 2 days ago!
its loud enough for gigs but i can carry it to local coffee shops for open mic nights easy

if you are playing pretty decent sized gigs i would look into either the 410 combo

or save up for the lh1000 and get the 410 and the 115 :bassist:
tried that out at my local music store and i could crank 1000 watts through it and add a 300 watt power amp

    but who NEEDS that????
    but i WANT it

I just played one today, and I loved the way it made my Ray35 sound. The controls are pretty simple, and I like that it has two input jacks instead of just one like my Markbass combo. The price is only $729. I am tempted to trade in my Markbass and maybe sell my Yamaha BB605 to buy this combo. I will check it out again before I make that move.

I have one and have found it to be fantastic!

Portable enough for smaller gigs, and HUGE when paired with an added 4x10 on bigger gigs.

Apart from all that though, the tone is awesome. One of the most 'natural' and smooth sounds I have heard in ages.

do you mean extend the power from LH500 to another 4x10 cab by cable?
