I have a Hartke Kickback 12 for about 4 years and it's working ok, except that the High potentiometer doesn't function anymore.
I have contacted Samsontech representative here in Brazil, but it's very complicated to get replacement parts here. I have to contact the store where I bought the amplifier, and only them can order the potentiometer.
I ask if anyone knows how can I get Hartke parts (potentiometer, knobs and schematic or service manual, if possible).
Any help will be apreciated.
