Hartke LH500 outputs

Recently I bought a Hartke LH500 amp. I have an SWR Triad (400 watts
4 ohms) cabinet and a Hartke HyDrive 112 (300 watts RMS) with a
8 ohms/4 ohms switch. My question is, can I plug each cabinet on each output of my amp?
 
Not without damaging your amp. The lh500 has a minimum rating of 4ohms total. Putting the hydrive on at 8ohms and adding the triad at 4ohms would bring the total impedance down to 2.7 roughly. The outputs of the amp are wired parallel therefore are not independent of each other.

your thinking of the LH1000.

So the LH500 has 1 500w power section. If you hook up two 4 ohm cabs you end up wiring them parrallel getting a 2 ohm load, probably too low for the amp to handle. It will burn up.

For the LH1000, it has two 500w power sections at 2 ohms. On this amp it would work running in stereo hooking up one cab to Speaker A and one to Speaker B probably driving
350w per channel.

So do I understand this correctly? Based on what you said, it sounds like I could hook up one 4 ohm cabinet to one (1) of the two (2) 8ohm ports in the back of the Hartke LH500 Amp and I would get the full use of the 500 watts, is this correct?

Also if I used two (2) 8 ohm Cabinets, one (1) into each of the two (2) ports on the back of the AMP, I would get 350 watts into both cabinets independently? (350W into Cab1 & 350W into Cab 2)

Mostly correct. If you had two 8 ohm cabinets running to the amp, the amp would see a 4 ohm load. It would put out 500 watts total, so 250 watts per cab.
