Hartkelh1000 reliability

I've had my Hartkelh1000 for 6 years. I've replaced my tube every year( I use the amp daily). Now it has no sound. It does power up. I took it to a Hartke authorized they could not figure out the problem. Any suggestions on the issue.

Find a better service tech.

The tube should last 10 years using the amp daily. Hellacious g it yearly is throwing your money away. It also opens you up to a defective new tube.

Problem still exists, then? Call Hartke and ask them what the next step is. That amp isn't rocket science, and it's still in production so parts should be available.

If you meant the tech couldn't duplicate the problem, then that's another matter.

Was the amp recently dropped or abused or loaned out or used with a dodgy cab?

Is this the first time the amp's been serviced? If not, who besides you has been in there and why?

The amp has never been dropped. It is in a rugged road case. This is the 1st time it has been serviced. I'm going to contact Hartke.
