Could someone be kind enough to tell me what position to play bar 52 onwards, also if bar 63 is to be played in thumb position please? Thanks in advance

You don't need thumb position for that passage. Tenor clef doesn't mean thumb position, it just means tenor clef. For the other passage, the highest note "E" is in the traditional 4th position.
