Head choice...

I am gonna get a Ampeg SVT 410HLF and I was wondering what some of you guys use or recommend.

Also, is there anybody who could change the tolex on the cab to like a bright electric yellow? Or is there something that I can do it myself?

SVT-CL is your best best, anything Hi-Fi or mid present isn't the best choice. Its a round sounding cab that likes round sounding amps. With lots of lows that is...mwuahaha!!!

Personally, I'd buy my amp first, then look for cabs to go with it. As you've already decided on the cab, ideally you'd lug that sucker in to try different heads out, with your cab. (unless they have another identical at the store). It is a very woofy cab, so a tube amp is gonna sound better. If you can't afford a tube amp, another cab might be best.
