It was all done with the router.
The first rough cut was done by bandsaw

I know it's a harsh thing to say but I pretty much hate headless basses ... but this ... this looks so cool, kind of futuristic.

Very nice design. How are you liking the Nova parts? That would seem to combine the best features of the individual headless tuners without the hassle of getting them lined up. Is there any provision to adjust string spacing?
