Headstock/Emblem Identification Help

Can anyone help me ID this bass? The headstock and body shapes look very Fodera-ish. The emblem even looks like it’s ripping off the butterfly. I’m assuming it’s an import copy? Or is it something I’ve just never seen before? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks. A seller tried to pass it off as a Fodera to me (I obviously knew it wasn’t). Upon calling him out, he then tried to offer me ANOTHER bass that I’m pretty sure is a Fodera counterfeit knockoff, or he’s just trying to scam someone.
