hearing basslines...

ei guys.. is there a software or program that enhances the base tone..

i find hard time hearing the basslines of a specific song..
tips of adjusting settings like in windows media player?

any recommended programs or software out there?

Your problem might actually be that PC's are not not built to reflect bass sounds nicely. That's why I use a surround sound system which includes a proper sub-woofer. It has a flash drive input so it's easy to copy songs from the PC if needed. It has additional benefits like A-B functionality (to repeat only a portion of a piece until you've nailed it) etc.
 
I know you asked for software, but I must throw the tascam bass trainer out there. If you find the means for one, get it, it is a great tool for learning bass lines. Along with looping and slowing down sections with no pitch changes, you can do a couple things to the bass frequencies. You can cut, enhance and boost. The enhance setting has three different frequencies that can be selected. You can hear the bass really well.
