Heavy Gauge strings and action issue.

I recently replaced strings on my Mexican Jazz with heavier gauge Rotosound strings (50-110), so far so good but after a set up for lower tuning F#,C#,G#,D#, I found at first that D# string after about an hour of playing had an annoying fret buzz caused by the sadle that had lowered the action somehow .I adjusted it again properly but same thing happened again at 2 last rehearsals and a gig yesterday only it happened on different strings.Has anyone of you had a similar problem before and what could be a possible solution. Thanx.
