Failure of three of the same model amp in a row most likely is a user issue, not an amp issue. Just sayin'.

To the OP: if you are really pushing the PF350, you might want to consider stepping up to a PF500, to give you a higher ceiling. Putting all the knobs to 11 sounds cool as a concept, but in practice it's a recipe for problems, and it should never be necessary. Always give yourself a cushion.
