Hi there..... I have always been into music.... keyboard and woodwind player here. Well my son plays guitar and the Stand up bass... We have been very fortunate..Our community has a FREE Strings program which 98 children participate. My son is on his 3rd year playing a stringed instrument and absolutely LOVES the Stand Up Bass and is pretty good at it for not having one at home to practice on. So here I sit night after night looking online for a Bass for him. We would be happy to get our hands on a fixer upper if possible... Our instructor said he has pulled Basses out of the dumpster and turned them into beautiful instruments. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated!!
