I am brand new to bass playing. Just bought my first bass a Hamer slammer impact. I know that these bass have a bad wrap for the most part but I couldn't pass up the deal.
I bought the bass, Randall 30W amp, strap, stand, patch cord and gig bag for $100 Canadian.
Funny enough I am sitting in my Brother's lot, who is my Lutheran, after dropping it off. He checked it out, pulled the pickup, and figures it just needs a setup. All electronics are responsive with no issue.
I figure I paid $100 for the amp and got a free bass, LOL.
I am doing YouTube lessons and having a blast. I play gutair a bit but like the bass much more.
