Hi Jonathan. Welcome to Talkbass, and back to playing again.Hi there!
I'm Jonathan. And I'm just starting to get back into playing bass. I currently just have a vintage Global bass that I've had for more than 30 years. But I do want to do a Jazz Bass type build in the future.

If you're referring to Omaha Nebraska, yes.Hi Jonathan. Welcome to Talkbass, and back to playing again.
You only took off 30 years eh! Not a bad little break.
Yes, please post a photo of your bass. I'd like to see it too, especially since it is something we don't run into very often. We have a saying around here. Pics or it didn't happen. So make it happen, please.
Anyway. Wonderin' if you're from the same Omaha as me?
Can you see the end of the Earth from where you live?![]()
Nice!If you're referring to Omaha Nebraska, yes.
And, here's a pic of my bass. It needs a new pickguard and jack. And a good dusting would be in order, too. View attachment 3023579
Funny thing; my first guitar was a Kingston acoustic I inherited from my sister.Nice!
Looks like an old Japanese bass from the late 60s early 70's.
I had a late 60s Kinston when I was a teen. Single pickup. Looked a lot like yours.
