Hello All, fit like?
I'm David, from Aberdeen in Scotland.
Been playing electric bass on & off for ~3 decades, done some church stuff but current musical interests are mostly folk, rock & classical.
Not currently playing out, just dabbling at home.
Mostly interested in the amps side of things, as I do live sound work as the "day job".
Looking forward to some interesting discussions.

Nice to hear from a native Aberdonian. I've never been there but my paternal grandfather was born there. One of my great-great-uncles used to run a fish market ("the fish market"?) there. One of these years will make a visit!

@StyleOverShow I'm mostly general corporate AV, functions, bit of everything really rather than 100% sound but do mix bands occasionally.
Yup, IEM's are a thing, most function/corporate bands will be using them, bar bands not so much. Churches I want to say ~ 50:50 but I haven't done much church work in ages so that could be off.
