Long time Tele enthusiast that just bought an Ibanez Mikro shortie. I like to tinker and every time I googled a bass question, this site came up. So, ipso fatso, here I am. I'm loving my new bass and after all these years torturing a tele, I'm thinking, "maybe I should give a four thumper a try".....lovin' it so far.

Welcome! Those Ibby Mikro basses are fun. I've been considering getting one to replace my current piccolo bass.

I had to google piccolo bass as I'm new to all things bass. Sounds very interesting. I suppose one could just swap the nut to convert a regular unit but these Mikros are so much fun that having a separate unit wouldn't totally break the bank....X-mas is coming!!! thanks for the info...
