Hello!

Hi, everyone.

I have visited the site a lot in the last year and finally gotten around to making an account.

I started playing bass in 1986 when I bought my cousin's bass. Little did I know what I had in my hands. I sold it in 1993 to help with the downpayment on my now ex-wife's house for a whopping $175. Turns out it was a 1966 Fender Mustang now worth *just* a little more than that now. :bawl: Why didn't we have the internet then??

Picked up the bass again in the mid-2000's, but had to sell yet again for cash flow after the divorce. Food > bass.

Got back in the game yet again a little over a year ago mostly for the fun of it and my love of music. At the age of 47, I've been asked to do one show coming up in a couple months to celebrate the retirement of the drummer. Have a ton to learn and re-learn.

Looking forward to being a part of an active forum. Thank you for letting me on board.
