Help a 12" cab decision

I've often paired a Mesa PH212 with a Mesa 115 (both PH and Roadready) with better results than a Mesa 410 over a Mesa 115. I've always liked 12's for their definition, but feared they'd let me down in the deep lows.

Recently, I built a couple of 112 cabs with one Eminence Delta 12 and an Em Delta LF (left over from a Dr Bass 212 cab). After playing with these two with a big old Bag End S15-D (loaded with an Em Kappalite 15LF), I finally paired the two Eminence 112 cabs with my Mesa PH212.

I love the sound --- deep lows but very clearly defined. Unfortunately, the two Eminence cabs are 20" ish wide but the Mesa 212 is exactly 24" wide - not a good stack for stage.

Here's my dilemma: Do I:
1. Try to design a 24" wide 212 to contain the two different speakers (Delta 12 and Delta 12LF) I already have?
2. Build two 24" wide 112's tuned for the same speakers?
3. Toss it all and adapt a Fearful 1212sub (loaded with two Kappalite 12lfs) to make it 24" wide (to fit the very cool Mesa 212)?

I'm not open to just building a couple of Fearful 1212's (one sub and a 1212/6) because it would require more time than I have to give.

I'd appreciate all thoughts and suggestions. I've been the 15" route endlessly and love it, but I really want to explore 12s at this point. Thanks for your help. :bassist:

Maybe build one fEARful 1212/6?

No shortage of low-end, relatively light and portable... quite loud.

I emphasised the most gross understatement in your post. The rest are also very... gentlemanly.

I second this. Toss them all and build one standard 1212/6/1 with the new 3 way crossover. You don't need 3 or 4 12s when 2 will do the job.
