Just bought a Lotus P-copy bass and a First Act amp. I'm getting ready to hit the studio and then a national tour. How do I adjust the settings on my amp? Bass settings? any ideas?

dude, the only way you`re going to get an answer to yer questions is if you give some more info...
what sound are you looking for? etc?
besides the fact that only you know what you like...that would be a good place to start.

There should be knobs on your amp. If you turn them it should affect your sound. Just keep turning different ones until you find something that sounds good to your ear.
