I have no time to order one off the internet, I need a program of some sort that I could use to measure how loud something is. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Radio Shack. Plus they have a liberal return policy, so if you are careful removing it from the package, you can use it for your project, then return it for a full refund or store credit.
