Help! Bass tone for UMI - Remember Me

Hi!

I really really need to figure out how i can come up with the bass tone in the song
UMI - Remember Me


I belive it's a synth bass thing, but when i try to find 'synth bass on bass guitar'
I always end up with some filtered 70~80's synth bass thing,
but i want more of a deep mellow bass sound that fits 'modern' rnb songs.

Any help would be much appreciated!
