I played a fender rumble 410 v3 @ only 400$ it has some good power and the low end wasn't lacking

keep your eyes open for any used acme cabs. They're quite expensive new but I paid $200 for my twenty five year old acme b2 2x10. Very low bass extension but you need a lot of watts.
I find for my purposes those super low frequencies are not actually very helpful in a whole band context. The acme sits at home most of the time as my practice PA. They are quite hi-fi which I think would suit the genres you mentioned.

it is hard to actually hear the 'low end' you might wanna hear when you are anywhere close to your cab ... the lower freqs are a bit louder further away ... ' standing wave length ' stuff ... !?
or , if you had ears at your ankles , you could hear the extra lows created by the port ...
maybe ad another like cab , stack them with their ports together in the middle .. ? maybe you'd hear some more of the low lows you wanna hear .?!
good clean power helps control cone movement , which helps everything .. !
you could use your EQ to subtract the feqs you'd want to hear Less of .. !! that will give more lows also ...

Keeping things simple is almost always the best way to go. Just get a cab that does what you want - a one cab solution.
the best match is another matching cabinet. if you want deeper bass you can add more eq but then you cause more excursion or fart out. sometimes you are adding more speakers to not reach higher spl across the full range of frequencies. your adding more speakers to be able to add to eq certain frequencies without fart out. and still maintain same level.

Some people rave about Fender's Rumble line, but the ones I have a\b'd sound ok and feel cheaply made.
So, how are those specs helpful in your quest for deeper Ampeg style bass?
Now look over these: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] These are the specs needed to design a cab around those drivers, along with performance targets and tone goals.
Replacing drivers in your cab, would probably not be cost effective. Currently got a price from Fender to replace a damaged 10 in my PRO410SL cab. Cost for 1 speaker was $140.00. If you feel you want to replace the drivers in your cab give Avatar a call. Can't remember the guys name, but he is quite helpfull. I believe the Avatar 410 is a stock box that you can actually order with different drivers. Avatar sells the drivers, but again, probably not cost effective and probably not much of an upgrade.
If you find drivers that have the proper T/S specs for the box and tuning, they'd have to be about $75 or less including tax and shipping to even compete with many very good used 410 cabs on price..... Then still no promises your cab will sound better to you than said used cab.
That cabinet should have plenty of bass, but those speakers have a pretty prominent (about 10 db) peak around 2.5 khz. Eq'ing that out may help make the cabinet sound deeper.
do any of you have any suggestions about replacing the speakers on a 410 hlf i know theyre all 100w 4ohm, but i havent been able to find any speakers with the same specs.
They're custom made for Ampeg by Eminence, and it's made in such a way that the only speakers I'd ever get for one are direct Ampeg replacements.
