Hi guys i have a avatar b410 with deltalite2 speakers 250w each, lately i been thinking about upgrading my cab to something with more low end,my cab is in mint shape i was considering maybe keeping the box and just replacing the speakers.....Honestly i dont know which direction to go in with speakers or the best place to shop them AND if i purchase new speakers wouldn't it be to just connect them exactly like the speakers in there now? Or is it more to it......thanks

It's important to understand what you mean by 'something with more low end'. Are you looking for more prominent bass or deeper bass. Many fail to recognize the difference. Very probably either of these can be achieved by retuning the cab ( by changing the number and length of ports, or by sealing - for a ported cab, or porting for a sealed cab). You can try some of this yourself, listening to and evaluating the results with respect to your target tone. Watch cone excursion, particularly on the upper half of the A string. Retuning can alter the excursion limited power handling of a cab.

Changing the drivers will land you in the same position: needing to optimally tune the cab, and potentially dealing with less excursion limited power handling. Changing drivers is a major redesign of the cab with respect to cab tuning, mids, excursion limited power handling and blending with the horn. To get deeper bass, you will likely have to sacrifice maximum volume (the cab will produce less volume).

Deeper bass AMPEG STYLE

... is it more to it..

Way more.

Try this; What are the cab dims? Is it ported? If so; how many, what shape, diameter, length (or shelf dimensions including how far back into the cab it goes)?

Ampeg 810's don't go all that deep.... Some 410's go really deep; could you be more specific than "Ampeg style?". Have you got a specific voice or basic genre "standard tone" as an example... e.g. reggae, praise, country, etc? A ball park budget would help too.
