HELP Fender TBX Wiring

Hi,
I started to mod a Jazz Bass with TBX pots, I got the idea from the origonal Jazz Bass Special wiring, but i want to put 2 tbx pots to each pu if it's possible. So i want 2 volume pots, a pu switch and 2 TBX pots. Can anyone help me with making a wiring diagram for it?
I attached the original wiring. The difference wiht mine only the P pu which is J in mine.

It can be done, follow the wiring diagram below and the one you posted. Note which lug of the TBX the incoming wire connects to. Now, look at the diagram below and imagine a TBX in place of each tone pot and imagine normal wires instead of the drawn capacitors.

It's a modified Gibson LP wiring, but it works well for basses too.

This will let you control both pickups' volumes independently without either of them affecting the other's volume, but the TBXes will interact since this is a passive instruments. So, to keep the tones from interacting, solder a 220k resistor between the point that says "to switch, red" and the actual three-way switch, then repeat the same for the "to switch white" point and the other end of the three-way switch.

If I find the time, I'll redraw it cleanly.
 
The TBXes are good, the switch output is good and the jack is good. However, you should put 220k resistors between each TBX and its contact on the switch. The 220k is there to prevent the neck TBX from interacting with the bridge pickup and vice versa, the downside is the output's a bit lower and you'll have to turn up your amp a bit.
 
Yeah, the problem with two tones is that when both pickups are on, the two tones each affect everything, not just "thier own" pickup. Adding those resistors reduces that, but at the price of losing output.

Also, if you have the switch to turn off one pickup, you should run the pickups to the clockwise lugs of the volumes, not the center lugs, and run the center lugs to the switch. You'll get a better sweep and better tone when you turn down. (Basically look up a Gibson les Paul diagram and follow that.)
 
1. I have 2 another idea to rise the output.
What if i put out the 2 volume pots and use:
------------------/ PU1-TBX \
On-Off Switch-----.................--PU Switch
------------------\ PU2-TBX /

Or the same below but the PU switch


The output will be higher if i'm right.
How would the resistor affect to the output in this idea?

2. Or One TBX like the first diagram.
The question is: how would the sound better with 2 tbx instead of one. If the difference is minimal i think ther's one enough.

I allow myself to revive this post because I tried the same wiring as r_bnks, but with DIMARZIO microphones. The result is not good, with a loss of tone in the bass, a loss of volume, a little distortion and the TBX which does not modify the tone at all (see the diagram in attachment).
What do you think? Should something be added (wiring, capacitor(s), resistor(s))?
I am an amateur and take advantage of my retirement to redo some music, but here I need a little help...
