I can't find a tort fender 3 ply guard to fit my MIA Fender P-Bass with allen/truss notch at the heal of the neck. Any help is appreciated, I know there is the 62, but it has holes I do not need.

How about getting a standard and notching with a Dremel tool?

I think fender only makes tort guards in the '62 pattern as a factory made replacement.
Call up WD music, they can omit any holes are add in extra switches routing, no problem.

I'm having Tony at Pickguardian make me a custom toroise guard out of the pre CBS style tort to fit my SX neck pocket with Fender pickups.(SX P bass pickups are a little larger than the Fenders) I'm sure he'd do one up for you to your specs too.
Be carefull, a lot of the Tortoise guards are just a tort screenprint on vinyl.
Keep in mind that the most popular versions of the P bass did not have the style of truss rod adjustment that yours has. I think they only started that in the past few years. That's probablly why you don't see that configuration much.
