Help I Have Water Stuck In My Ear!!!

Worst possible thing you can do....

Take Sudafed for decongesting those eustachian tubes and then you might try some Ocean Drops. I have always had swimmers ear, but not in salt water...just pools.

Good luck....maddening feeling...

I think you are missing the sarcasm that is running through this thread in an entirely unsubtle manner! :p

Well, I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure that is administered up the nose not in the ear.

hahahah, maki, you are offically my favorite person on TB. just wanted to let the world know that...
But what I ahve found that works (because I am a swimmer) is to forcefully headband to one side IE if the water is in the right ear. Headbang to the right. It will come out after a minute or two.
Some music to do that will help that is Bring me the horizon, broadcast the nightmare, or any other metal that you prefer.

your location says Las Vegas but your typing indicates Eastern Europe

Ok well I've been a competitive swimmer for 5 years, and I have had A LOT of experience with this problem. The trick is to kind of like duck your head to the side real quick, then jerk it back up again. This just gets the water out, it's worked for me and other thousands of times.
