Help Identify this bass

Hey everyone, saw this bass on craigslist and don't know what it is, just wondering if anyone can tell what it is maybe from the headstock, the guy only wants $ 130 for it and the amp, any help would be great....Thanks

All I can say is that it appears to be some kind of P-bass copy.

Might be a Tokai lawsuit bass.. there is one for sale on the boards...check and see if the headstock shape looks similar
