Help Identify this Mustang Bass

I had one of the red ones and I didn`t really like it. It looked well cool but the sound wasn`t what I was after at the time. I traded it in against a Yam BB 1024. I can`t believe that someone would pay the kind of money they are asking for these, much better with traditional Mustang pickup.

I thought it was just 'asking' prices, but here's the 'sold' prices on reverb:

Its CRAZY how mexican fenders are fetching for over1k these days:rollno:......they are worth 5-600 at the MOST:rolleyes:
I agree 100%! In fact, I wouldn’t pay a dime over $595… that way I’d have leftover cash to hop in the ol’ T-Bird and take Peggy Sue for a root beer float at the soda fountain. Maybe she’d even let me hold her hand to the sweet sounds of The Big Bopper! Oh boy, that would be swell!!!
