Help Identify/Value Fender P-Bass

I'm considering getting a P-Bass from a local music store, and I want to check to see if the value was fair, or if there is some room to haggle. I have no clue what "model" it is, but my gut tells me it's an American standard from 2010. If that's the case, that price seems a bit on the high side to me.

They are asking $849

Description from store: "FENDER AMERICAN PRECISION BASS GUITAR TOBACCO SUNBURST. In good used condition. Serial # 10032320. 20 frets on a rosewood fretboard. Master volume and tone controls. Scratches, nicks, dents ,bucklerash, hazing, and other signs of wear. Plays fine. Comes in hardshell case."

You may be able to haggle a little bit due to the condition. $850 is a great price if it was in better condition.
