Help Identifying a bass

I'm trying to identify the bass in the attached photo. I like the look of it but don't have any information on it - I'm not even sure where I got the photo. Manufacturer and model would be great. Thanks in advance.

I looked at their Facebook page - their web site is being revised - and I see they invert the middle "A" in the name on the headstock which is why I couldn't figure out who they were. I looked up AGYPE and AGVPE guitar and got zippo. Thanks for the clarification.
